Heart, hope, and humility come together with stellar songwriting and performances to make a uniquely uplifting and wonderful power metal album. bigzoinks
A while back I discovered this album on youtube. I would put it on in the background and only knew it as "that grey album that sounds good". Eventually, youtube stopped recommending it to me and I forgot about it. But then I found it again and I got really happy. And now lately I've been feeling really sad and listening to this makes me feel better. Thank you for making something that makes me happy. tankmin
It reminds me of *good* Blind Guardian, which is one of my favorite bands (up to 2002) , so that alone would be enough. However, it would sell the band short to describe them just as "a band that sounds like BG". The album has some genuinely brilliant moments and the last song on the album, the s/t one, is one of my favorite songs of the past years, absolutely fantastic. dungeonvic
